Smith’s is the place for honest and genuine automotive repair and maintenance. Randy has a genuine passion for his business and it readily shows. He has a full shop of ASE certified technicians that I observed sharing knowledge and working together to solve issues as they present themselves. During my visit we had a surprise starter failure and although they were covered up busy Randy expedited the entire process to get me back on the road. This is also the cleanest and most organized shop I’ve been in. It’s a genuine pleasure to do business with these people. My thanks to Randy and his team.

Smith's is the place to go for honest and quick repairs to your a/c or radiator. They do good work and don't over charge you. One of the best shops in Macon.

Good, HONEST, family owned business who is trustworthy!! I can't recommend them enough! Thoroughly answered all of my questions and I usually have alot! I can't tell you what a relief it is to deal with people who treat you right!!

We are traveling from Grand Rapids, MI to Florida and our truck starting overheating we took to Smiths and he got us right in and fixed the radiator and we were back on the road in a few hours. They were great to work with very professional.

This experience was incredibly frustrating, although everyone was very kind.Went in for an upper radiator hose, and water pump replacement on my 2018 Dodge charger 392 scat.The service did not meet expectations. Had to call the company back after pick up, because the temperature hand was floating and smelled coolant. They came out examined the situation, assured me it was a defected clamp they used, and need to take it back to the shop. Just to have to return it towed back because the smell of coolant,when driving. To be told now after they used a defected clamp, I need to get the radiator replaced.Unfortunately($1,486.47), I was not satisfied with this experience. There were several issues that were not resolved, and the service fell short of what was promised. I expected better.I’m disappointed with my experience.
